These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of crestalacultura.com (the “Site”), operated by Cresta La Cultura L.L.C-FZ (“Cresta La Cultura”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site
The Site is an informational presence for our music label and creative collective. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Cresta La Cultura name, logo, text, design, graphics, the 3D artwork, and all music, artwork and recordings — is owned by us or our respective licensors and artists, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial browsing.
Demo submissions
When you submit a demo or other material to us, you confirm that:
- you own or control all rights to the material and have the right to submit it;
- the material does not infringe any third party’s rights or any law;
- you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to listen to, review and evaluate the material for the purpose of considering it.
Submitting material creates no obligation, partnership, employment or contract of any kind. We are under no obligation to respond, to provide feedback, to release or to use anything you send, and we may be working on or release similar material independently. Please keep a copy of anything you submit — we cannot guarantee to return or retain it, and you should not send material you are not comfortable sharing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the Site or its infrastructure;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Site without our permission;
- infringe our or any third party’s rights.
Third-party services & links
The Site embeds and links to third-party platforms (such as Spotify and other streaming services). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai and the Meydan Free Zone, in which Cresta La Cultura L.L.C-FZ is registered. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts or authorities of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
