This Privacy Policy explains how Cresta La Cultura L.L.C-FZ (“Cresta La Cultura”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses and protects information when you visit crestalacultura.com (the “Site”) or contact us. We keep what we collect to the minimum we need, and we never sell your data.
Information we collect
- Demo submissions & enquiries. When you submit a demo or get in touch, you choose to send us your name, email address, a link to your track and any optional message. We receive this so we can review your music and reply.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we keep that email and your address to respond and maintain our records.
- Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Vercel Web Analytics & Speed Insights) that measure aggregated, anonymised traffic and performance. This does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising.
- Device preferences. Your light/dark theme choice is stored locally on your device (browser local storage) and is never transmitted to us.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or sell or rent personal information to third parties.
